Medication
&
Vitamins

If your greyhound is on any medication or vitamins, we will be glad to make sure they are kept on their schedule at no extra charge.

Exceptions To The Rule

Because there are some greyhounds that families have adopted that are not good with other greyhounds, we also make accommodations for them, at no additional charge.  Our resort is always open to ALL greyhounds.  We do ask for your help by informing us in advance of any problems or quirks that they may have, so to better understand their needs and to make their stay completely enjoyable.

Resort Hours

Because The Lazy Grey Ranch is run in our home, we do not have kennel hours.  Instead we offer our clients scheduled appointments for drop-off and pick-up of there greykids.

We also encourage you to set an appointment to stop by for a visit and see for yourself just how much fun greyhounds are having.

Food

We ask that you supply us the food your greyhound is currently eating.  The reason behind our request is that as most know, greyhounds have a very sensitive digestive system and we want their stay at our resort stress free and if your greyhound develops diarrhea while with us they will be feeling under the weather most of the time.  We ask that you bring us enough food for their stay and directions on how much you are feeding and whether you feed once or twice a day.

Every greyhound will also receive a treat before bedtime.  The treats we offer don't seem to cause any loose stools in our greyhounds.

Seniors Welcome

One of the things that our family has had much experience with is, senior greyhounds.  If your greyhound is getting up there in age, we know how to offer just the right touch.  We have a 6' wide ramp with very little slope that was installed specifically for senior greyhounds in our backyard.  We are use to handling the, eat a little now and eat a little later, seniors.  Because seniors are not as stable as their younger counter parts, we spend some of our time being greyhound traffic controllers.  We also know that many seniors may need to go out and potty more frequently or during the night, so not to worry, that is why it is 24-hour care.
